Nagold Valley Cycle Route

Dornstetten - Nagold valley cycle path - Pforzheim

Just to get it out of the way. This description is not the exact description of the Nagold Valley Cycle Path. We met with friends in Dornstetten, which is easily accessible by public transport.

From there we drove first via Waldachtal, then along the Waldach via Beihingen, Unterschwandorf to Iselshausen before Nagold.

There we joined the Nagold valley cycle path. The path, which was previously mainly in the forest, now runs directly along the Nagold river, through Nagold past Pfrondorf to the intermediate destination Wilberg.

We stopped there and did something in the Crown Wildberg ...and he's lost it. More you see here

We'll be back. Price/performance ratio was right.

At the first attempt we therefore also went back from Wilberg by train (Ticket for Baden-Württemberg)*. If you prefer a more comfortable stay you can of course also stay overnight in Wildberg. The cheapest prices you will find mostly here.*

At the second attempt we made it along the beautiful Nagold valley until shortly before Pforzheim, from where we also started again with the Rail ...back.

The Nagold Valley Cycle Path is one of the less well-known, but no less attractive tours in the northern Black Forest. When we were on the road, it was never too crowded at any time. With the stop at the "Krone" another excursion under the aspect of "bicycle culinary".
